The Home Locator Service will:

• Interview you to find out your specific personal requirements including budget, location, type and size of property plus any additional requirements such as transport links, schools and leisure facilities.
• Draw up and agree your personal specification list.
• Search for appropriate properties.
• Externally view the properties and provide home locator comments on each property and information about the local area.
• Create and send a personal portfolio which will include the details of the properties found.
• Contact you to discuss the portfolio and help you to draw up a short list of properties that you would like to view.
• View the properties on your behalf and send you a report on the properties including pictures.
• Arrange viewing times, on your behalf, once you have decided which properties you would like to visit.
• Meet with you to guide you to the properties and accompany you during the viewings, at this time we will be happy to show you the local area.
• Provide regular portfolio updates.

The Portfolio Service will:

• Interview you to find out your specific personal requirements including budget, location, type and size of property plus any additional requirements such as transport links, schools and leisure facilities.
• Draw up and agree your personal specification list.
• Search for appropriate properties and create your personal portfolio which will include the details of the properties found.
• Contact you to discuss the portfolio and update the portfolio on a regular basis.
